How to Clean Floor Using an YIHONG Floor Scrubber
Automatic floor scrubbers provide the quickest and easiest way of cleaning any type of hard floor surface. One pass over the floor and your floor is clean and ready to be walked on in a fraction of the time it would take to clean with a mop and bucket. Of course, getting it to work is a whole other matter.
The Main Seven Steps to clean floor:
1.Use Appropriate Safety Precautions. Always use safety glasses and gloves when working with chemicals. Read machine and chemical instructions carefully before use.
2.Prepare Area. Remove all movable objects, chairs etc.from area.
3.Put wet floor signs at all entrances & around perimeter of area that you’ll be cleaning.
4.Dust Mop Floor.
5.Prepare Machine. Fill the automatic floor scrubber solution tank with appropriate cleaning solution. If battery operated ensure that battery is fully charged.
6.Clean Floor. (Double pass method) Start from outside perimeter of area to be cleaned and work toward center of area. On the first pass, walk slowly behind scrubber and scrub with the squeegee up and the vacuum off. On the second pass, scrub with the squeegee down and the vacuum on. Remove any inaccessible wet areas with a mop or squeegee the water to where it can be picked up by the automatic scrubber.
7.Inspect Your Work. Inspect floor to ensure that it is adequately cleaned.Remove wet floor signs when floor is completely dry. Replace any items that you removed from area. Empty recovery and solution tanks of floor scrubber machine. Wipe down and store in proper location.
