The discarded year is that:how many years before the vehicle reach the scrap standard.because of the function of the vehicle is different, the discarded year is also different.
The new standard issued on 1st,May,2013, <<compulsory rule about the vehicle discarding standard>>,force that there’s 8 using year for small and mini passenger car. For mid-size,there’s 10 years. For large size there’s 12 years. For the rental truck, there’s 15 years using time.
Commence Department issued the same rules, and people will follow it from 1st,May,2013.
