Crack Sealing Machine
Applications

Used for heating melt sealant or asphalt, mainly used for the crack sealing and pit slot repair operation in the asphalt pavement maintenance.
- With this crack sealing machine, the efficiency has increased 90%. The operation cost has reduced 60%. It quickly preheat and melts the gap-grouting material to the set temperature. Working with the cracking sealing trolley, the operation is convenient and fast, safe and economical. It can operate continually for many people at the same time.
- A. High efficient and Energy-saving
(1)High melting effciency: It takes less than 60 minutes to warm 400L pouring sealant upto 180℃.The continuous melting capacity is more than 1000L/h.
(2)High heat-utilization efficiency: the heating system is equipped with preheating function, adopts the parallel structure of “preheat plus melt”. The hear utilization is much more effective.
(3)Low use cost: rated fuel consumption is less than 5.5L/h, temperature drops less than 10℃ each hour under the heat presevation condition.
